I also played around with the new curtains as a photo background.
This morning I've taken apart my lovely FQ bundle and ironed it. I'll be cutting squares this evening.
Is anybody else a little apprehensive unpacking nicely made up things?
It looks so different now!

Quilt for the husband - I might have come up with the design! More on that soon.
I'm off for a little retail therapy with the sis. The mummy-to-be needs some new clothes.
Happy sewing!
I love your blocks. I wish I had bought that charm pack when they were for sale.
ReplyDeleteI love your fat quarter bundle!
ReplyDeleteI love your fat quarter bundle!
ReplyDeleteReally I like your Walk in the Woods better in these blocks than I ever did as yardage. Hope you enjoyed your shopping.
ReplyDeleteOh boy! That FQ bundle has me salivating. I love me some blues! Thanks for stopping by WIP Wednesday at Freshly Pieced!
ReplyDeleteSweet blocks!
ReplyDeleteLoving the bundle - can't wait to see what you make it into!
Oh . . . if I had a bundle like all those gorgeous aquas I would definitely have a hard time breaking it apart. I have a hard time cutting into a piece of yardage. Your little blocks are so cute with the center fussy cuts.
ReplyDeleteahhh those blocks are so cute!!! I want to make a quilt like that someday, but I am trying not to get too far ahead of myself :) Also, I have the same problem with messing up pretty piles of fabric, but the finished product is {usually} better anyway.
ReplyDeleteThose blocks are so cool! I love the way the patterned center looks. It makes me think of a quilty story book.
