You can still enter my giveaway until Saturday 8pm CET. But only if you want to. ;-)
Just a quick post with lots of pictures of a Friday finish. Look what I've been able to work on today because I bought batting yesterday!
I quilted the big horizontal and vertical seams and then added some hand stitches to make the pictures pop even more. It's something I've wanted to try for ages having seen so many beautiful examples on other blogs.
Now to turn the leftover blocks into a tote and this present is ready to be given away... in September. Yep, really ahead of my game here!
Looking forward to an evening with a good friend, so I'll pop into the kitchen to prepare something yummy now.
Happy sewing and have a great weekend!
Linking up to Thank Goodness It's Finished Friday over at Quokka Quilts for the first time.

ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful! This is the first I have ever seen a Polaroid block. I might have to give them a try.
